How Do I Schedule An Appointment?

All appointments must be scheduled online through our scheduling system or over the phone with a team member. Select your preferred service, date, and time, then pay your deposit to confirm your appointment. Payment can be made over the phone or in person at the time of booking.

Do You Accept Walk-In's?

Beautiful Luxe is an appointment-based salon. Appointments are on a first come first first-served basis with no cancellation waitlist available. It would be best to call the establishment to confirm before arriving without a scheduled appointment. 

Do I Need a Deposit to Schedule an Appointment?

Yes. A reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total and is non-refundable. No appointment is guaranteed until a deposit has been received.

Can I Schedule an Appointment for Someone Else?

Yes, but please ensure that the name of the person being serviced is included in the booking details or appointment notes.

Can I Schedule Multiple Services at Once?

Yes, but please ensure you select the correct services that match your hair needs. Scheduling the wrong service may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. BLHC is not responsible if an incorrect service is booked.

Can I transfer my deposit to another appointment?

You may reschedule once (with at least 24 hours’ notice), and your deposit will transfer. Additional rescheduling attempts will cancel the appointment and require a new deposit.
