What Is Your Rescheduling Policy?

Each appointment may be rescheduled once only, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any additional reschedule attempts will:


  • Cancel your appointment

  • Forfeit your deposit

  • Require a new deposit to book again

What If I Cancel on the Same Day?

Same-day cancellations will result in loss of your deposit.

How Do I Reschedule My Appointment?

Use the link in your confirmation email, or call the establishment directly to reschedule. Please note, you are permitted only one reschedule per booking.

What Is Your Official Cancellation Window?

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time in order for a refund of the deposit to be provided back to the client.
