What Happens if I’m Running Late?
If you arrive 10+ minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added. If you arrive 20+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
What If My Stylist Is Late to the Appointment?
If your stylist arrives 10+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a $15 credit applied toward your remaining service balance.
Should I Arrive Early?
We recommend arriving no more than five (5) minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you receive our full attention and service.
