What if I Booked the Wrong Service?

Clients are responsible for booking the correct service. If you select the wrong service and time does not allow correction, your appointment may be canceled. BLHC and its stylists are not responsible for incorrect service selections.

How should I Arrive for My Appointment?

Please arrive no more than five (5) minutes before your scheduled service with clean, detangled hair unless your service states otherwise. Extra fees may apply for detangling or prep outside standard service time.

Is Hair Included in the Service?

Hair is only included in the Knotless Braid service and the Soft Locs service. Clients are responsible for providing the hair for all additional extension-based services. Clients are responsible for providing the preferred hair color at the time of booking within the appointment notes. Failure to specify the color will result in the client receiving a 1B at the time of their service.

What Hair Is Recommended?

Clients are responsible for providing the hair for the feed-in-braids and crochet braids service, with recommended brands listed below. If a client chooses to use a brand not listed in the recommendations, the stylist will not be held responsible for the quality, longevity, or overall outcome of the service.


Recommended Brand for Pre-looped Crochet: Freetress

Recommended Brand for Bulk Hair Crochet: Freetress – Beach Curl, Deep Twist, or Deep Wave (silky/bundle textures).

Recommended Lengths for Easy Maintenance: 10–14 inches


Recommended Brand for Feed-In Service: EZ pre-stretched braiding hair or Expressions pre-stretched braiding hair.
